1. When will my order ship?

Orders will begin shipping out by October 9th 2017 (please note this is an approximate shipping date)

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, orders will take 2-7 business days to ship ( exceptions may occur)

6. How can I change my shipping address?

You have placed your order and decided you want to send the order to an alternate shipping address than what is currently listed on your order. We can change the shipping address on your behalf. Contact our customer service team and we will gladly assist in changing the address for you.

7. When does my credit card get charged?

Your card will be charged when the order ships. If you pre-ordered your product, you will be charge approximately on October 9, 2017.

8. What happens if my credit card expires before October 9, 2017?

Not to worry, we will contact you asking you to enter in your new credit card details. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been placed and that the shipment will be on its way in a jiffy.

Credit card information is highly encrypted for your payment protection. We will not share or sell any customer information with any other company, entity or individual. Your information remains completely private. All payments are processed through our PayPal Merchant Services account.
